"Software of the Year" and "Best Multimedia Project" – Liberty is a GITI 2019 Winner

At the GITI 2019 Regional Conference on Cyber Security and IT Innovation, Liberty Bank won two nominations - "Software of the Year" and "Best Multimedia Project". The Information-Communication Business Council of Georgia named the new platform introduced in the call center of the Bank the winner of the "Software of the Year" nomination.

The innovative platform represents a call center management panel on an international standard, which is Cisco-based and created by the joint work of Liberty and Orient Logic. The product is unprecedented on the Georgian market and envisages providing fast and comfortable banking services remotely, in compliance with all security norms through the so-called principle of "one window".

"We have created the new technology platform for managing the call center together with the Liberty Bank team, and its concept also shares the fundamental values of the bank. It is noteworthy that we plan to export this product to the international market, in particular - in Sweden, where the future development of the product will be taken care of by the local branch of Orient Logic "- said Giorgi Tuskia, Commercial Director of Orient Logic.

"The introduction of the new platform of the call center is a great technological leap, which will significantly improve the quality of service and increase our customer satisfaction. Introducing modern services and their constant updating is the main priority of the new development strategy of Bank. From today, with the call center offering banking services, our customers have the opportunity to receive detailed information about their loans, deposits or accounts without leaving home and office. “- Said Tiko Gobejishvili, Advisor to the Director-General of Liberty Bank.

Organized by the Data Exchange Agency and the ICT Business Council, GITI is held annually and aims to promote the socio-economic development of the region using information technology. The 11th regional conference was attended by about 700 representatives from more than 10 countries around the world.
