From November 15, 2022, Liberty offers its customers a simple and secure payment method, Google Pay. Contactless payments through Google Pay and the digital wallet 'Google Wallet' are now available on devices that support Android and WearOS.

Customers of Liberty cards can add debit and credit cards to Google Wallet from today throughout Georgia. The Digital Wallet of Google and the payment method will give them a secure means to make payments from anywhere where contactless payment services are available. Cardholders will be able to enjoy all the benefits that are available to them on the Liberty card.

In order to fully protect the customers’ information when paying with Google Pay, several levels of security are provided, which add even more security to Liberty cards. Among them is the tokenization of international standards, which means that when paying with a card added to Google Wallet, transactions are carried out with a virtual number (token) of the card. Each token is customized for a specific device and associated with a dynamic security code that changes with each new transaction. Also, if you lose your phone, using the 'Find My Device' feature, it is easy to restrict access to your phone, set a new password, or completely erase personal and financial data.

How to add a card to Google Wallet from Liberty Mobile Bank?

1. Open or download the Google Wallet app from Google Play
2. Log in to Liberty Mobile Bank
3. Select the card you want to add to Google Wallet and click the ADD TO GPAY button.
4. Enter the SMS code sent to your mobile phone number or confirm with Digipass
5. You will be redirected to the Google Wallet application. Check the data and press the "Next" button
6. Agree to the terms and conditions
7. In just a few seconds, your card will be successfully added to Google Wallet

How do I add a card to Google Wallet?

1. Open the Google Wallet app
2. Click the "Add Payment Method" button and select "Credit or Debit Card" by pressing the + button
